BTW, spreading rumors and creating public fear is a federal offense. Before you post your friends friend story, you might want to think this thing through. Based on your rumor if somebody goes through physical or mental harm, the source of information WILL be traced back to you. At that time your ass is somebody's property will NOT sound like a rumor. so what you are basically asking is give gc to everybody who wants. country quota is meaningless (we know that!). qualifications are worthless. nobel prize or manual laborer (all are humans!). illegals also should be given gc without any reservations!
so when we start a campaign try to be reasonable. don't just 'focus' on our 'wishes'. think creatively how to solve the problem we are all facing, by understanding the basics of the whole process.

The fundamental rule (for getting GC) is the longterm intent of having permanent employment relationship between employer and employee at the time of filing 140 and 485 (see the Q&A). The intet has to be "at the time of filing" only. The employee has worked 3 years in H1B for thr sponser. It clearly establishes the both party's intent at the time of filing. So, even if the employer revokes his approved 140, he is 100% safe.

Getting an appointment is something that is not limited to only individuals close to DC. Use the help of your congressman to get an appointment or their help to address this issue.

U r covered under AC-21 if I-140 is not revoked by your previous employer.
Be truthful to USCIS and using a very good attorney firm drat AC-21 and Employment verification letter to USCIS. Since your PD is current chances are after reviewing the new employment letter USCIS might approve your case.
Please dont waste time in on this forum, instead spend some money to consult Rajeev Khanna or Sheela Murthy, it is worth spending every penny on the advice and their services for invoking AC-21.
Per your RFE notice it looks like, USCIS is only interested in verifying your current employment in the similar profession. good employment verification letter and AC-21 draft is good to save your GC.

How can one bring US out of recession by firing 65000 H1-B when FOUR MILLION jobs are lost in a year ?????
85000 x 6 = 410k. Of which let's assume that around 30-35k are taken by Indian companies who generally don't use the H1B time to the same extent as local companies or desi consultancies. It still leaves around 300k jobs that could be vacated by force.
Even 30k jobs added "back" to the available pool for American workers is a PR victory for the administration. Besides nobody likes us anyway, which is another PR coup for the antis.

How can one bring US out of recession by firing 65000 H1-B when FOUR MILLION jobs are lost in a year ?????
85000 x 6 = 410k. Of which let's assume that around 30-35k are taken by Indian companies who generally don't use the H1B time to the same extent as local companies or desi consultancies. It still leaves around 300k jobs that could be vacated by force.
Even 30k jobs added "back" to the available pool for American workers is a PR victory for the administration. Besides nobody likes us anyway, which is another PR coup for the antis.
