if she can get the tests done in India, there are USCIS approved doctors in Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and Calcutta.
My spouse is landing here on Aug 15. That leaves only one day to get medicals done. Any suggestions on how to handle this ? Can she skip skin test and take X-rays directly ?

Good idea. Most of the Bay Area folks are in South Bay and I am sure would find it pretty easy to get to ICC.

Did you get a chance to look at the ICC board of directors? They are exactly the kind of people who we need on our side (and in our bank account).
I may be getting carried away here -- but if we get coherent enough, wonder if we could do a fund raising event at the ICC.

Only reason I am taking PMP course is because my company provides assistance in fees if its related to my project or helpful to company growth.
I really preferred to do MBA from college instead of PMP but due to company policy had to stick with PMP.

Not always true, I've filed G-28 in my case, but received the AP at my residence address. Have friends/colleagues who had received AP at the attorney address. So it is kinda random. No logic behind this.
It is important we get the document.

Customer service opened SR and sent to local office. Got letter from DHS (3 weeks back)that they researched case and are actively processing it, also if I dont get any correspondence with in 180 days contact them.
Till date I did not get any letter saying that case has opened. Will it help if I take Infopass and go to local office. Please advice.

This is what happens to jealous people.

What do you say about people getting GC by lottery.
Go and blame the govt for the rules not us.

Seems like most of you guys have grudge against Andhrites (GULTIs that you call us with love). Agreed that most ppl who come to this univeristy are from AP. There are about 900 students in this university, but there are thousands of students from AP that are studying in other reputed university. I'm one of them.
I'm not sympathetic towards the ppl who are facing deportation. But i strongly condemn the way they are treated. Tying the tracking devices to their legs and treating them like terrorists is totally inhuman and insane
