E-filed on May 5th, FP on June 6th, no updates since. Concerned as I'm working on EAD and current one expires August 29th.
Paper filed AP in late June, approved already (as per e-mail) even though I only needed it in mid October!!

Complaint to USCIS...I know of one such body shopper who did the same thing...sold one labor to 10 people...when the fraud was caught...the employer was arresetd and the remaining 9 people who bought the labor were deported out of US...u should get the labor bak in ur name....fight for it...if you think this may bring ur downfall....take down ur employer with u...

I am not tracking approvals rate as such. But if, CIS hasn't used as many numbers have DOS reported, then as Ron suggested, dates will move forward for EB3 Ind.
Forward movement sounds good..but even with PD current(May,June VB's) folks are just sitting and waiting..just like me..:(

Not going to happen - whole point of not giving h1's their Social Security is to use to fund USs' dwindling Social Security funds. H1 is supposed to fund SS for the Baby boomers here. There is no way in hell we will get it before 10 years on H1.

This does raise some valid questions... For instance, what about children from, say, a previous marriage? What about children when the couples are not married? Do the children qualify under FB visa?
I realize this has nothing to do with EB immigration, and that such cases are relatively uncommon. But still, if someone with expertise and experience can comment, it would add to the knowledge base, and who knows, someone might find it extremely useful.

I am not trying to question your intent just trying to get some knowledge of facts. However your reasoning suggests that there are numbers available to overflow from EB2 World to EB2 India. What if there are just enough numbers to keep EB2 World rolling. I will be interesting in learning more about how these allocations work. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

officially eb2 or 3 application is based on the qualifications required for the job and not on your education status, there are hundreds with masters who are on eb3

off late we have been getting a steady stream of good news, updates , changes mostly to our favor.
It is not because someone in govt thought of giving us a break (if they did then I say give him/her a promotion/ merit increase what ever)....
It IS because people just like YOU fought for it....
Support IVs efforts ... these guys are putting their heart and soul into it... these guys are trying to help you fight.... these guys are one of YOU.
We ALL share a common goal,
Piece by piece, amendment by amendment, exec order by exec order, slowly but surely they will try and do the best they can to make your lives easier, OUR lives easier.

ramus, follow my posts in the past 20 days and you will see i have posted many posts for this AP expedite. I have a travel coming up shortly and I had only exactly 90 days from the date of application and date of travel. My application was approved recently along with my spouse. There is even a post where I listed out all the steps I took to expedite and finally finally only the local congressman phone to USCIS helped. its just unbelievable, but its possible. I have tickets that even if you postpone the journey I will lose money. I said to myself enough we lose with USCIS, and so decided to take all and any steps to expedite and get it done. just follow my posts (like start reading my past 20 posts) and I am sure you will find it useful.
